Redfield Plugins: Water Ripples Filter HERE
Supplied: font, slat, tube, frame, string, background pictures HERE
1. Open a new, blank image 600 x 600 pixels transparent image (16 million color depth). File > New > set size & set color depth.
2. Selections > select all
3. Open your slat, copy and paste into selection.
4. Check that all the black pieces have the marching ants around them. Change your foreground HTML code to #FF7B21
and your background to black (or choose 2 colors from your tube). Then select your background change to gradient with a linear gradient on 5 repeats
5. Flood fill the selected black areas with the gradient you created. Keep selected.
6. Effects > plugins > redfield > water ripples with Alighting default settings (or play for a different look!). Keep selected
7. Selections > modify > contract by 3. Selections > invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect
8. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize and position as desired.
9. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with settings: vertical ~ -4, horizontal ~ 4, opacity ~ 75, blur ~ 10, color ~ black
10. Highlight the slat layer, open your frame, copy and paste as new layer - if you're using my frame, resize by 40% and make sure the resize all layers is UNchecked. Duplicate the frame layer and using the deformation tool rotate them slightly as desired
11. Open your string/ ribbon/ rope/ staples, copy and paste as desired and select the piece you want, copy and paste as new layer, position and resize as desired
12. Open your background pictures, highlight the top frame layer, use the wand and click inside the frame. Selections > modify > expand by 3. Add a new raster layer and drag it below the frame layer, copy a background picture and paste into selection. Repeat for the 2nd frame. If you're using the misted picture supplied you will need to use the deformation tool and stretch the picture a little more to hide the misted edges.
13. Open your font and change your colors to your choice. With antialias and create as vector both checked add your text. Resize and position as desired. Use any inner bevel you like, add the same drop shadow as used earlier.
14. Add a new raster layer for your copyright details and another for your watermark. Resize as desired and save as a jpeg.
Alternative
I used a gradient from 2 colors in one of the background pictures, also a different default in the Redfield filter, a different slat and frames
