1. Open a new, blank image 500 x 500 pixels transparent image (16 million color depth). File > New > set size & set color depth
2. Flood fill with with your pattern
3. Effects > Texture effects > Mosaic - Antique with settings: number of columns ~ 52, Number of rows ~ 45, tile opacity ~ 65, grout width ~ 2, grout opacity ~ 24, Symmetric UNchecked
4. Open your mask, masks > new > from image > select your mask name, check source luminance and Invert mask data (depending on your mask! you may not need to invert mask data!) Masks > delete > Yes
5. Open the zipper tube, copy and paste as new layer and position as desired. With that layer still highlighted, selections > select all > selections > float.
6. Highlight the bottom layer, click on the eraser and carefully erase out between the open end of the zipper. Deselect
7. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize and position as desired
8. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with settings: vertical ~ -11, horizontal ~ 11, opacity ~ 50, blur ~ 5, color ~ black
9. Add any accents you would like at this point
10. Open your font and with create as vector and antialias both checked add your nick to your tag.
11. Resize and position as desired. Convert to raster layer.
12. Effects > 3D effects > inner bevel with the settings: round preset with width ~ 8, smoothness ~ 35, depth ~ 4, ambience ~ 2, shininess ~ 37, color ~ white, angle ~ 315, intensity ~ 30, elevation ~ 53
13. Repeat the bevel 2 more times
14. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with the same settings as before
15. Add the copyright information on a new raster layer... this is confusing but MSN have changed what you can post!
a. If you're going to post in MSN groups only add the artist name eg © Beatriz Gonzalez - see below
b. If posting on any other non MSN site you must add the whole artist URL information - see at main picture at top of page!

16. Add another raster layer for your own watermark
17. Resize as desired and save as jpeg
Alternative
I missed out the mosaic step, added a colored background and merged the 2 backgrounds before adding the zipper... MSN version as I've used it there!
