1. Open a new, blank image 600 x 600 pixels transparent image (16 million color depth). File > New > set size & set color depth.
 
2. Flood fill with gradient of choice
 
3. Effects > plugins > Two Moon > VentianBuilder with settings: Thighs together now ~ 9, sit on it ~ 7, whonk to bonk ~ 115, edge out ~ 10
4. Effects > plugins > Two Moon > Grinder with setting: turn the handle ~ 90
5. Open the cloud tube (or tube of your choice), copy and paste as new layer - resize and position as necessary. Reduce opacity to 69 (this may vary depending on your tube!)
 
6. Open your main tube, copy and paste as new layer - resize and position as desired
 
7. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with setting: vertical ~ 4, horizontal ~ 11, opacity ~ 35, blur ~ 5, color ~ black
8. Open your accents, copy and paste as desired - (if using mine i copied the whole canvas as I liked it, but you can pick and choose from it if you prefer! I also dragged them beneath the main tube)
 
9. Set your foreground to null and background to black
 
10. Open your script font and with create as vector and antialias both checked add your quote (you can add word art instead if preferred!)  I wrote "If you woo the company of the angels in your waking hours, they will be sure to come to you in your sleep." ~  - George Denison Prentice ~ . Resize and position as desired, convert to raster layer when happy
 
11. Change your foreground to black and the background to the gradient you used at the beginning
 
12. Open your 2nd font and with create as vector and antialias both checked add the tag nick.  Resize and position as desired
 
13. With the font layer highlighted, effects > plugins > Two Moon > Emboston with settings: Go Left! No Right! ~ 125, Go Up! no Down! ~ 167, The dark side again ~ 8
14. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with same settings as before
 
15. Add a new raster layer for any copyright information and another for your watermark.  Resize as desired and save as jpeg.
 
Alternatives
different settings, different accents and I used a waterfall instead of the cloud!
