2. Flood fill with black, add a new raster layer, flood fill it with your chioce of pattern or color and drag it below the black layer. Highlight layer 1.

3. Open you mask, Masks > New > From Image with invert mask data UNchecked, select the mask name.  Masks > delete > yes.  Merge > merge visible.

4.  Open the frame, copy and paste as new image.  Close the original.  Click on themagic wand and hold down the shift key and click inside each of the pieces.
5. Selections > modify > expand by 2.  Add a new raster layer and drag below the frame layer.  Highlight the bottom layer, paste into selection and if your color is very dark, reduce the opacity a little if you wish.

6. Open the elements with the stitches in, use the selection tool and select the stitch with the metal eyelets, copy and paste as new layer on your tag.
Move it so it's is over 2 pieces of jigsaw.  Duplicate this layer and move it down over the bottom pieces.  Duplicate that layer, Image > rotate left 90 with rotate all layers UNchecked, move that to the right again between 2 pieces and lastly duplicate that layer and place it on the left!
7. Add your accents and elements, if you're using my supplies open the ribbon, copy and paste as new layer, resize by 85%, then use the deformation tool to drag it in at the sides to match the top edge of the frame.  Hold down the ctrl key and place your mouse over the bottom right square and you'll see a parallelagram in white.  Click and drag to the left slightly, you'll see that only the bottom 2 corners move until they are level with the side edges of the frame.  Play and move around until you're happy!
8. Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer.  Resize and position as desired

9. Add a new raster layer for your copyright information, remember... MSN has decided that anything posted on their boards has to be super duper family friendly so if you are posting on an MSN board, leave out the URL and only put in the artists name as below.  Any other place, such as forums, you must put the whole copyright including URL
