Tube of choice
font of choice
mask of choice
accents/bling of choice
VM Distortion Plugin

my supplies include: tube, font, mask, pattern, accents & bling used in alternative! HERE
 
1. Open a new, blank image 500 x 500 pixels transparent image (16 million color depth). File > New > set size & set color depth.
 
2. Flood fill with pattern/ gradient or color of choice
 
3. Effects > plugins > VM Distortion > Tileomat2000 with settings: X-Tiles ~ 49, Y - Tiles ~ 0, Weirdness ~ 96, Random Seed 1 ~ 71, Random seed 2 ~ 184 

4. Open your mask and minimize.  Masks > new > from image and with invert mask data checked select your mask from the list.  Masks > delete > yes

5. Resize your mask layer to 400 x 400 pixels and with resize all layers UNchecked

6. Duplicate your layer and hide the copy.  Highlight the original layer.

7. Effects > Plugins > VM Distortion > Tumbler with settings: Generator 1 ~ 140, Generator 2 ~ 128, Generator 3 ~ 128, Direction ~ 128

8. Unhide the copy layer.  Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer - resize and position as desired.

9. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with settings: vertical ~ -6, horizontal ~ 14, opacity ~ 50, blur ~ 3, color ~ black

10. Change your background color to your choice of color/ gradient or pattern and your foreground to black

11. Open your font and with create as vector and antialias both checked add your text.  Resize and position as desired.  When happy, convert to raster layer.

12. Drag the text layer below the tube.  Effects > 3D effects > inner bevel of choice - I used the pillow preset with the following settings: width ~ 8, smoothness ~ 35, depth ~ 4, Ambinece ~ 2, Shininess ~ 37, color ~ white, angle ~ 315, intensity ~ 30, elevation ~ 53

13. Effects > plugins > Lokas > Gel with it's default settings but make sure the color overlay is UNchecked

14. Effects > 3D effects > Drop Shadow with same settings as before.

15. Add any accents/ bling or word art you like on new raster layers

16. Add any copyright information on a new layer and another layer for your own watermark

17. Resize as desired and save as a JPEG
