Spooky Fade

I have removed his tube from the supplies and replaced it with 2 really cool Popeye Wong witch tubes for you instead!

Tube of choice
Font of choice
Accent(s) of choice
Mask of choice

gradient of choice
Crescent Moon Plugin HERE or website HERE
Lokas Aqua filter HERE
 
my supplies include: tube, font, accents, gradient, mask, pattern HERE
 
1. Open a new, blank image 600 x 600 pixels transparent image (16 million color depth). File > New > set size & set color depth. 
 
2. Flood fill with a gradient of choice
 
3. Effects > Plugins > Crescent Moon > Quilt with settings: Horizontal Spacing ~ 79, Vertical Spacing ~ 88, Transparency ~ 0
4.  Add a new raster layer and flood fill with your pattern
 
5. Effects > Plugins > Crescent Moon > Spooky Fade with settings: Red Addition ~ 246, Green Addition ~ 179, Blue Addition ~ 134, Transparency ~ 3.  Make sure the 2nd layer is highlighted
6. Open your mask, Masks > New > from Image > select your mask and with invert mask data checked (depending on your mask!). Masks > delete > yes
7.  Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize and position as desired
 
8. Effects > 3D effects > drop shadow with settings: vertical ~ 10, horizontal ~ 5, opacity ~ 75, blur ~ 17.3, color ~ white
9. Add any accents you wish, place as desired.
 
10. Select your colors for your text, open your font and with create as vector and antialias both checked
 
11. Add an inner bevel of choice
 
12. Effects > plugins > Lokas > Aqua with default settings
13. Add a new raster layer for any copyright information (or copy and paste the information from the tube as a new layer)
 
14. Add a new raster layer for your own watermark.  Resize as desired and save as jpeg

I added a border and used a different pattern and mask but did not change the settings.  Each pattern shows up differently!  The font I used was Pythoria
